Every organisation reaches a point where its growth depends less on strategy documents and more on the people carrying them out. Our Leadership Development Programmes exist for that moment. We work with organisations across Jordan, Saudi Arabia, the UAE, and the wider MENA region to build leaders who can navigate complexity, inspire their teams, and deliver measurable results — not someday, but within the year they begin.
Since 2015, Euro Arab Group has partnered with AIM Academy and Mission Academy to deliver structured leadership journeys that go well beyond the traditional workshop. Our programmes run over six to twelve months, blending rigorous assessment, facilitated learning, one-to-one coaching, and real-world action projects that tie directly to your organisation's priorities.
What sets our approach apart is context. We do not import off-the-shelf content from another market and expect it to land. Every programme is grounded in the realities of doing business in the Arab world — the relationship dynamics, the regulatory landscape, the pace of transformation reshaping Gulf economies. Your participants walk away with capabilities they can apply on Monday morning, not abstract theories they will forget by Friday.
Who These Programmes Are For
We design leadership journeys for three distinct career stages, each with its own curriculum, coaching intensity, and expected outcomes. Whether you are building bench strength among your emerging talent or sharpening the strategic edge of your executive committee, there is a tier built for that purpose.
Three Tiers, One Standard of Excellence
Each tier is a complete leadership journey — not a shortened version of the one above it
Tier 1: Emerging Leaders Programme
3–7 years of professional experience
Designed for high-potential individual contributors and newly appointed team leads making the shift from technical expertise to people leadership. Participants learn to delegate with confidence, hold productive performance conversations, and think beyond their immediate function.
Duration: 6 months (4 in-person modules + coaching between sessions)
Cohort: 14–20 participants from multiple organisations
Action project: Each participant leads an improvement initiative within their own organisation, with faculty mentorship
Tier 2: Mid-Management Accelerator
Department heads, senior managers, directors
Built for leaders who already manage teams and budgets but need to expand their strategic influence across the organisation. The curriculum focuses on cross-functional collaboration, change leadership, and building the internal credibility required to move into senior executive roles.
Duration: 9 months (5 in-person modules + 360 debrief + executive coaching)
Cohort: 12–16 participants, cross-industry peer learning
Action project: Cross-functional initiative sponsored by a senior executive within the participant's organisation
Tier 3: Executive & C-Suite Forum
C-suite, VPs, board members, managing directors
An invitation-only forum for senior executives responsible for enterprise-level decisions. Topics include organisational transformation, succession planning, stakeholder governance, and leading through geopolitical and economic volatility. The format is peer-driven: participants learn as much from one another as from our faculty.
Duration: 12 months (6 residential sessions + private coaching + alumni network)
Cohort: 8–12 carefully selected executives
Action project: Board-level strategic initiative with quarterly progress reviews
Six Competencies That Define Great Leaders
Woven through every tier, calibrated to your career stage and organisational context
Strategic Thinking
The ability to see patterns across markets, anticipate shifts before they arrive, and translate ambiguity into a clear course of action. We teach participants to build strategic hypotheses, pressure-test them against real data, and communicate them in ways that mobilise their organisations.
Emotional Intelligence
Self-awareness, empathy, and the capacity to read a room are not soft skills — they are the foundation of executive influence. Our programmes use validated instruments and coached reflection to help leaders understand their impact on others and adjust their approach accordingly.
Change Management
Most transformation efforts fail not because the strategy was wrong but because the people side was neglected. We equip leaders with practical frameworks for building readiness, managing resistance, and sustaining momentum — drawing on case studies from organisations across the Gulf and Levant.
Coaching & Developing Others
A leader's legacy is measured by the leaders they create. Participants learn structured coaching methodologies, practise giving feedback that actually changes behaviour, and build the habit of developing their direct reports rather than simply directing them.
Communication & Influence
From boardroom presentations to difficult one-to-one conversations, leadership effectiveness hinges on communication. We work on executive presence, stakeholder persuasion, cross-cultural communication, and the often-overlooked skill of listening with genuine curiosity.
Decision-Making Under Pressure
When the data is incomplete and the stakes are high, what separates good leaders from great ones is judgement. Our modules cover cognitive biases, scenario analysis, structured decision frameworks, and the discipline of making timely calls without waiting for perfect information.
A Journey, Not a Workshop
Our programmes unfold over 6–12 months because lasting behavioural change cannot be compressed into a weekend
Programme Architecture
- 360-Degree Assessment: Every journey begins with a validated assessment — feedback from managers, peers, and direct reports creates a personal development baseline
- In-Person Modules: Intensive residential sessions (2–3 days each) spaced 4–6 weeks apart, allowing time for reflection and application between gatherings
- Executive Coaching: Each participant is paired with a certified coach for regular one-to-one sessions throughout the programme
- Action Learning Projects: Real organisational challenges serve as the laboratory — participants apply what they learn to deliver tangible business results
- Peer Learning Groups: Small accountability groups meet between modules to share progress, challenge assumptions, and support one another
What Makes It Work
- Contextual Relevance: All case studies, simulations, and examples are drawn from the MENA business environment — not imported from textbooks written for other markets
- Sponsor Engagement: We involve each participant's line manager or sponsor at key milestones to ensure organisational alignment and post-programme support
- Bilingual Delivery: Programmes are delivered in English with Arabic facilitation support, ensuring nuance is never lost in translation
- Measurement: A second 360 assessment at programme end quantifies growth, and we track promotion rates, retention, and engagement scores for 12 months after graduation
- Alumni Network: Graduates join a cross-industry network of leaders across MENA, with annual reunions and ongoing peer advisory circles
Results That Show Up in Your Numbers
Leadership development is an investment — here is the return our clients consistently report
Participants consistently report that the programme accelerated their readiness for the next role. Sponsoring organisations gain a deeper bench of leaders prepared to step into critical positions when the need arises — without the cost and disruption of external hiring.
Investing in your people's growth sends a signal that no salary increase can replicate. Organisations that enrol their high-potential talent in structured programmes see significantly higher retention among that cohort — the very people your competitors are trying hardest to recruit.
When a leader improves, the ripple effect reaches every member of their team. Our post-programme tracking shows measurable lifts in team engagement scores, collaboration quality, and project delivery timelines — because better leadership creates better conditions for everyone to do their finest work.
★ ★ ★ ★ ★"We enrolled twelve of our department heads in the Mid-Management Accelerator. Nine months later, three had been promoted, team engagement scores rose across the board, and two of the action learning projects generated enough savings to pay for the entire programme twice over. This was not training — it was a genuine turning point for our organisation."
Frequently Asked Questions
How long do your leadership programmes take?
Our programmes run between 6 and 12 months, depending on the tier. The Emerging Leaders Programme is 6 months, the Mid-Management Accelerator is 9 months, and the Executive & C-Suite Forum runs for a full year. This extended format allows participants to apply what they learn between modules and embed new behaviours over time — which is precisely why short courses rarely produce lasting change.
Can you run a programme exclusively for our organisation?
Absolutely. While our open-enrolment programmes bring together participants from multiple organisations for cross-industry peer learning, we also design bespoke in-house programmes tailored entirely to your organisation's strategy, culture, and leadership competency framework. In-house programmes can accommodate larger cohorts and be delivered at your premises or a venue of your choice.
What qualifications do your facilitators hold?
Our faculty includes certified executive coaches (ICF PCC and MCC level), facilitators accredited through AIM Academy and Mission Academy, and subject-matter experts with senior leadership experience in MENA organisations. Every facilitator has a minimum of ten years of practical leadership experience in addition to their academic and coaching credentials.
How do you measure the impact of the programme?
We use a multi-layered measurement approach. Every participant completes a 360-degree assessment at the start and end of the programme to quantify behavioural change. Action learning projects are evaluated for business impact. We also track promotion rates, retention, and team engagement scores for 12 months after graduation, and share aggregate results with sponsoring organisations.
Where are the programmes delivered?
Residential modules are held at carefully selected venues in Amman, Dubai, and London. For in-house programmes, we deliver at your preferred location anywhere in MENA or Europe. Between residential sessions, coaching and peer learning happen virtually, so participants can engage from wherever they are based.
