Overview
Every organisation faces its own set of capability gaps, strategic pressures, and cultural dynamics. Off-the-shelf training rarely addresses any of them well. That is why we take a different approach: every programme we deliver begins with your business objectives and ends with demonstrable performance improvement.
Since 2015, Euro Arab Group has partnered with organisations across Jordan, the Gulf, and the United Kingdom to design and deliver learning interventions that stick. Whether you need to develop emerging leaders, embed a compliance culture, or equip your workforce for digital change, our team works alongside yours to build programmes that produce real, lasting results.
As accredited partners of AIM Academy and Mission Academy, we bring internationally recognised frameworks to every engagement while adapting content to the language, regulations, and business customs of your region. Our facilitators deliver in both English and Arabic, and our instructional designers hold qualifications from institutions on both sides of the bridge we build between Arab expertise and European methodology.
Training Areas
We organise our corporate programmes into six broad domains. Within each, we build bespoke curricula drawn from your industry context, regulatory environment, and organisational goals.
What We Train
Each domain can be delivered as a standalone programme or combined into a multi-module learning journey
Leadership & Executive Development
Strategic thinking, executive presence, decision-making under uncertainty, leading through change, and succession planning. Programmes range from two-day intensives for senior leaders to six-month blended journeys for high-potential talent.
- C-suite and board-level workshops
- Middle-management acceleration tracks
- One-to-one executive coaching
Management & Operations
Project management, financial acumen for non-finance managers, performance management, and operational efficiency. We help your managers translate strategy into day-to-day action.
- Project planning and risk management
- Budgeting and P&L interpretation
- KPI design and performance reviews
Compliance & Regulatory
Anti-money laundering (AML/KYC), data protection (GDPR and local equivalents), anti-bribery, health and safety, and sector-specific regulations. We help you meet your legal obligations and build a genuine culture of compliance.
- Instructor-led, e-learning, or blended
- Organisation-wide roll-outs
- Annual refresher programmes
Technical & Industry-Specific Skills
From banking operations and clinical governance to oil and gas safety protocols, we design programmes grounded in the technical realities of your sector. Content is developed with subject-matter experts who have worked in your industry.
- Sector-aligned case studies
- Hands-on simulations and role-plays
- Certification-pathway alignment
Soft Skills & Communication
Presentation skills, negotiation, conflict resolution, cross-cultural communication, customer experience, and emotional intelligence. These programmes are practical, interactive, and grounded in real workplace scenarios.
- Workshop-based with video feedback
- Bilingual delivery (English & Arabic)
- Post-programme coaching available
Digital Transformation & Technology
Digital literacy, cybersecurity awareness, data analytics fundamentals, agile methodology, and AI readiness. We help your people embrace new tools and ways of working rather than resist them.
- Scalable to 100+ participants
- Hands-on labs and sandbox environments
- Change-management integration
How We Deliver
Choose the format that fits your team's geography, schedule, and learning culture
In-House (On-Site)
Our facilitators come to you. We deliver at your offices, a conference venue, or a retreat setting of your choice. In-house programmes are ideal for large cohorts, sensitive topics, and team-building objectives where physical presence matters.
- Fully branded materials for your organisation
- Cohorts of 15 to 60 participants
- Available across Jordan, the GCC, and the UK
Public & Open-Enrolment
Scheduled throughout the year in Amman, Dubai, and London, our open-enrolment programmes let you send individuals or small groups without commissioning a full in-house engagement. Participants benefit from cross-industry networking and diverse perspectives.
- Published calendar with guaranteed dates
- Per-seat pricing with group discounts
- AIM-accredited certificates on completion
Virtual Instructor-Led
Live, interactive sessions delivered over video with breakout rooms, polls, and shared workspaces. Not pre-recorded webinars; our virtual programmes maintain the energy and engagement of a physical classroom while removing geographic barriers.
- Half-day or full-day session blocks
- Scales to 200+ participants
- Recordings available for absent attendees
Blended Learning
The most effective format for sustained behaviour change. Participants complete self-paced modules online, then come together for intensive face-to-face workshops where they apply, practise, and receive feedback. A closing virtual session reinforces key learning four to six weeks later.
- Typically 6 to 10 weeks end-to-end
- Pre-work, workshops, and post-programme coaching
- Highest knowledge-retention rates
From Brief to Business Impact in Five Steps
1. Needs Analysis
We start by listening. Through stakeholder interviews, capability assessments, and a review of your strategic priorities, we identify the precise skill and knowledge gaps the programme must close. No assumptions; just evidence.
2. Programme Design
Our instructional designers translate the analysis into a structured learning journey: objectives, session plans, case studies drawn from your industry, assessment criteria, and a logistics plan. You review and approve the design before we build a single slide.
3. Facilitated Delivery
Experienced facilitators lead each session using a mix of instruction, group exercises, simulations, and real-time feedback. We adapt pace and emphasis based on how participants respond, not a rigid script.
4. Evaluation & Reporting
We measure impact at four levels: participant reaction, knowledge gain, on-the-job behaviour change, and business results. You receive a detailed evaluation report with data, not just satisfaction scores.
5. Certification & Reinforcement
Participants who meet the assessment criteria receive recognised certificates. For programmes delivered through our AIM Academy partnership, this means internationally accredited credentials. We also offer optional follow-up coaching sessions and refresher workshops to sustain momentum three to six months later.
Industries We Serve

Why Organisations Choose Euro Arab
-
AIM Academy Accreditation
Participants earn internationally recognised credentials, not just attendance certificates. Our accredited programmes carry weight with employers and regulators alike.
-
Fully Bilingual Delivery
Every programme is available in English, Arabic, or both. Materials, case studies, and assessments are developed natively in each language, not machine-translated.
-
Regional Expertise Since 2015
With offices in Amman, London, and Dubai, we understand the regulatory landscapes, business customs, and workforce dynamics of Jordan, the GCC, and the United Kingdom. Our content reflects the region, not a translated Western template.
-
Measurable Return on Investment
We build evaluation into every programme from day one. You will know exactly what changed in your people's knowledge, behaviour, and business contribution. If it cannot be measured, we redesign it until it can.
-
Practitioner-Led, Not Lecture-Heavy
Our facilitators are experienced professionals who have led teams, managed projects, and navigated complex organisations. They teach from practice, using simulations, role-plays, and live problem-solving rather than slide decks.
-
End-to-End Partnership
We do not disappear after the last session. From needs analysis through post-programme coaching and annual refreshers, we stay with you until the impact is embedded in your organisation's day-to-day performance.
Frequently Asked Questions
How long does it take to design and deliver a corporate training programme?
A typical engagement runs 8 to 12 weeks from initial briefing to final delivery. The first two weeks are spent on needs analysis, followed by two to three weeks of curriculum design and approval, and then the delivery phase itself. Shorter timelines are possible for programmes based on our existing accredited frameworks.
Can you deliver training in Arabic?
Yes. All our programmes are available in English, Arabic, or both languages simultaneously. Materials, case studies, and assessments are developed natively in each language by bilingual instructional designers โ they are never machine-translated.
What qualifications or certificates do participants receive?
Participants who meet the assessment criteria receive a certificate of completion. For programmes delivered through our AIM Academy partnership, certificates carry international accreditation recognised by employers and regulatory bodies across the region.
How do you measure the ROI of a training programme?
We evaluate at four levels aligned with the Kirkpatrick model: participant satisfaction, knowledge gain (pre- and post-assessments), on-the-job behaviour change (observed by managers at 30 and 90 days), and business results such as productivity improvements, error reduction, or employee retention. You receive a detailed evaluation report after every programme.
What is the minimum number of participants for an in-house programme?
We recommend a minimum of 12 participants for an in-house workshop to ensure meaningful group interaction and cost-efficiency. For smaller teams, our open-enrolment programmes in Amman, Dubai, and London are an excellent alternative, or we can design a virtual programme with no minimum cohort size.
